Fees are determined by the number of copies and availability of the documents/records requested. CPPA will tell you the final cost. You must pay the fees before CPPA can release the documents/records.
In order to accept your Public Records Act request via the Internet, the California Privacy Protection Agency requires that you provide at least one of the following forms of contact information so that we may appropriately follow up with you once your request has been reviewed: a complete mailing address, an email address, or a telephone number. Submissions that do not include at least one such form of contact information will be deemed incomplete as they cannot be processed.
